Pharmacist was very rude when I called in to check on my son's prescription. Had they sent out the confirmation text saying my son's prescription was ready I would not have had to call and ask. Horrible customer service! Don't direct someone to the app or to leave a message and get a call back in AN HOUR when you can't send out a text message (protocol) saying the script was ready. The would get negative stars if able and I definitely don't recommend going there unless you ABOSLUTELY HAVE TO. Script was called in at 8am and had to call at 1 to check on it only to be greeted with attitude and rudeness.

Pharmacy is horrible. Gave me someone else meds and her first name was the same as mine. I took it for 11 days before noticing as I was feeling weird. Selection of greeting cards is highly questionable and VERY racist. I’ll never set foot in that store again. They need a staff overhaul.

Erin in the pharmacy department is the rudest and WORST customer service person I have seen in my 60+ years of doing business with CVS! I will refuse to do business with her in the future! She should NOT be aloud to deal with the public. Worst customer service ever. Will take my prescriptions to Walgrens in the future, I do not need this disrespectful attitude,I would given a rating of 0 stars if possible! Worst pharmacy customer service my wife and I have apexed encountered!,Management needs to address this pharmacy personnel situation ASAP, or continue to lose business like mine.Read other reviews posted on this website, I’m not the only one giving poor pharmacy reviews!

I asked the pharmacy about a prescription medication and the answer seemed off. I called my doctor and they told me that the instructions from the pharmacist could have killed me and at the very least caused me horrible pain. Consult your doctor.

Would give zero stars if possible. Horrible customer service. After a slew of reminder texts to pickup I arrived before the deadline (per texts) to find they "Never" had a rx. However, they do keep contacting my dr to refill an rx I don't take anymore, several times now which causes my dr to call me to make sure I know it is dangerous for me to use that medication now. When asked "what needs done to correct that" They just respond that is the automated system can they can't correct or fix anything with it. Horrible wait times, awful customer service, and just leaves a bad feeling every time you come in.

Pharmacy staff was so rude. I know medication costs are not their fault but I was taken by surprise when my 4 year old’s antibiotic rang up to $75. Before paying, I asked if they could look to make sure they had our insurance on file. I was treated as if this was a ridiculous request. I was told in a short tone of voice to go to the drop off counter. Once the pharmacist arrived, I had my insurance card ready and she simply said that’s the one we have on file and then abruptly walked away. This was all after I waited 45 mins in the pharmacy line. I understand they are busy and short staffed, but little customer service would go a long way.

CVS NEW PALESTINE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They are a busy little home town facility with a need for some upgrades to better accommodate their guest and do their jobs better, but they make do with what they have. They are caring, kind, and do the best they can with what they have. You are greeted with a smile never left hanging, if they don't have the answer they find it, or at least go out of their way to try. I have been a customer along with my children and family for almost 25 years at this facility and have never had a bad expierence that I ever remember. They make everyone feel special when they walk in the door and even when they are short staffed they do the best to accommodate with the little space they have, it is the best little kept secret in New Palestine , our little hole in the wall pharmacy. I know of several CVS store around here big stores all fancy and they don't have what mine has!! I am going to share it with the world, the secret???? AWESOME EMPLOYEES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPIERENCE!!!! PROUD OF MY LITTLE HOLE IN THE WALL HOMETOWN PHARMACY AND PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT ME!!!° Rather have my pharmacy than a fancy upgraded store with bad customer service any day of the week!!

If I could have given them zero stars, I would! Their staff and pharmacist are absolutely RUDE and they never have a clue what is going on or how to fill a prescription. It's the same thing every month, can't find the prescription, won't look up the details, they tell me I have to call another pharmacy to transfer my prescription since they are out of stock...the list goes on and on. Today, I was told the prescription would be ready in 1/2 hour when I was in the drive thru (again they couldn't find the prescription and suddenly they found it but had not filled it) and show up 2 hours later to only be told that they are not done with the prescription and are getting ready to go to lunch (it was 1:09 PM and they go to lunch from 1:30-2:00 PM) and that it won't be ready for another 2 hours. Don't WASTE your time, even the pharmacist is RUDE!

I moved a prescription for my daughter here. This is the 2nd time in 2 months that they are "not sure when we will get that medication in could be at least 2 weeks." Also when I do go in to get her prescription after getting a text stating that it was ready for pick up they can never find it. Then I have to wait another 20 mins and then they find it but they have to wait for them to get the Pharmacist because it is "Not in the system correctly".
