“We had to have a taillight and side panel repaired on our 2015 Range Rover, parts were difficult to find, but Mick the owner and shop manager Nathan did a phenomenal job sourcing the parts and did an outstanding job repairing the damage to our vehicle. They have 5 star customer service and are the most honest and hardworking gentlemen! When it came to quoting the damage and amount of time it would take to fix the car they were upfront and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. “I was in a minor collision and took my car to Cookie's Body Shop and I’m very happy with the results! The estimator at Cookie's Body Shop did a great job and worked with the insurance company that was paying for the repairs, I didn’t have to do anything. They also got my car in faster than everyone else around Indianapolis that I had called. The repairs were done in the time that they originally estimated it would take, I was so happy to get my car back on time. The employees that answer the phone are very kind and responsive and communicate very well. When I picked my car up when it was done, it looked perfect, I couldn’t tell it had ever been damaged. They even washed the vehicle and I was very thankful for such a great job that they did, it looked like new again and even smelled nice on the inside. Plus the radio station they left it on is awesome, I’ve been rocking it ever since! “I'd been looking all around for a part for my dodge. The dealership wanted to charge me double and was going to have me wait eight days with my window stuck down in the rain. Mike really pulled through, made sure I had a part number and had it ready. Since I couldn't make it in same day and it's a hard to find part he advised I purchase it online for pick up at the store. Great move. Overall, great service and all I did was make a phone call, I wasn't even there in person and i'm impressed.”

“I cannot say enough good about our experience with Mr. Blackburn! I waited as long as I have so I could make a fully confident recommendation for his services. My son was in a minor crash that caused big damage to the front end (no injuries). We needed it fixed affordably and efficiently. We tried a local shop but was not very affordable. The estimate was done quickly but then told would not do the work due to the cost of repair exceeding the car’s value. We sought alternatives and were finally led to Mr. Blackburn’s shop by a referral from another shop (who also wouldn’t touch the car).
Mr. Blackburn got me an estimate within 48 hours. Once accepted, he began the work immediately. The estimate was very affordable and ended up being the final cost as well. The work was immaculate, and it has held up since the fix. My son has been putting the miles on her and she is running like a dream!

“I called O'Reilly Auto Parks thinking I was calling a service center. My battery had drained out as a result of leaving my mirror visor open. Because of COVID, I had not driven in almost a week, and thus... a drained battery! I was frantic! I have a Prius, and would this require a new battery? I called and the service manager said he would send someone right away to help. Still thinking they were a service center (there is one in town with a very similar name) I was surprised that when the person came and very quickly and successfully started my car, he would take no money. I don't know what auto part I need, but I aim to go to the store and support them in any way I can. What wonderful service!! Please support this store!”

“My wife and I's vehicle broke down and needed it fixed ASAP. So, we had a family member change our alternator(he said he was a mechanic)but when he changed it, he didn't disconnect the battery first. So, long story short, by not doing that, he burned up our brand new alternator we just bought and it shorted our battery out as well. We had to put in another battery hoping that would fix our problem but it didn't(this was all before we knew exactly what he did wrong and what part was bad). So by him short cutting the job, I had to replace the alternator twice and the battery twice and didn't know where to take it that was reasonable, does good work, trusting, and could get it done in the amount of time that we had cause I was being admitted into the hospital to have a feeding tube put in to help save my life. I have so many health problems that I couldn't miss being up there and this was our only vehicle. So, my wife and I looked up different mechanic shops and found this one and needless to say, we found a garage that we trust and that's Christian based. They took care of us and we appreciate it. DEFINITELY WON'T BE ASKING THE FAMILY MEMBER FOR HELP WHEN IT COMES TO CAR MAINTENANCE AGAIN LOL”
