My wife and I's vehicle broke down and needed it fixed ASAP. So, we had a family member change our alternator(he said he was a mechanic)but when he changed it, he didn't disconnect the battery first. So, long story short, by not doing that, he burned up our brand new alternator we just bought and it shorted our battery out as well. We had to put in another battery hoping that would fix our problem but it didn't(this was all before we knew exactly what he did wrong and what part was bad). So by him short cutting the job, I had to replace the alternator twice and the battery twice and didn't know where to take it that was reasonable, does good work, trusting, and could get it done in the amount of time that we had cause I was being admitted into the hospital to have a feeding tube put in to help save my life. I have so many health problems that I couldn't miss being up there and this was our only vehicle. So, my wife and I looked up different mechanic shops and found this one and needless to say, we found a garage that we trust and that's Christian based. They took care of us and we appreciate it. DEFINITELY WON'T BE ASKING THE FAMILY MEMBER FOR HELP WHEN IT COMES TO CAR MAINTENANCE AGAIN LOL

Auto Air & Heating is now my go-to place for vehicle maintenance!!!!! The crew there are very polite, understanding, outgoing, and an all-around great group. I worked with Larry during my time there, and he went above and beyond to help diagnose the issue with my truck. He was very informative, and the communication from Larry was top-notch!!! My dad recommended them to me when my truck transmission was acting up, and I will be going there from here on out with any vehicle issue I run into.

Our Highlander’s AC was intermittently blowing cold air. Took it in. They diagnosed it for $45. The compressor and evaporator were damaged. They got us in in two days and fixed it in about six hours. So far, we are happy with the repair. We called 2-3 other places and Auto Air was the most reasonable.

They misdiagnosed my Ford F150 lightning telling me I needed him over $2000 worth of repairs for my AC to work I thought it sounded a little fishy so I took it to Evitts automotive in Greenfield and they found the problem which was just basically a bad power wire to a cooling fan they repaired it for $225 so basically if I would've paid the 2000+ dollars to this place it would not have even fix the problem and I would've just been out $2000 always get a second opinion would never recommend this place to anyone If they can't properly diagnose the issue they definitely can't fix it avoid at all cost
