Disgusting place for a delivery. Be careful with your tires.
If you have a broom don't hesitate to clean their yard from scrap metal.

Prolific business.
You'll be given 10... number with 6 digits for a delivery appointment and 2 hour window.
My delivery window was 11:00 to 1 pm.
Checked in at 11:20. Now its 2:00 and still not at the door.
Three docks at the receiving. All three docks occupied by the same trucks since I arrived.
Extremely slow unloading.
Attention to the management of this company! What's going on? Isn't that disrespectful to the drivers?

Pilot is 3 miles away. When you come here park on the nearest side of the road/drive away. Than walk and check in with your Delivery #. They call you.

That may take you early but you still have to wait, why wait for free? Better to just arrive quarter before appointment. Guys do the best they can to clean you out themselves before you leave. There's a lot of aluminum dust everywhere

Arrive by appointment, report to the booth with documents by filling out a form and wait for them to call you by phone. To enter, move towards the scale on the right side and collect documents at the booth, move to the right and report to the Shipping office on the left side, there they will tell you which ramp to stand on. It is important to wear a MASK or MOUTH COVER due to the intense smell of Aluminum.

I read all the reviews before I came here but my experience was nice. Guard shack lady Sharon was awesome. Checkin process was easy. Yes scale is a bit tight but you can make it. Plenty of space to back into docks. The only reason I am giving this facility 4 stars because of alot of metal pieces in parking lot which needs to be picked up. Someone can get a flat tire. Otherwise awesome place. Oh also it took 30 minutes to get unloaded ?

Best place to delivery!!!!In and out I. 4 hours even you early for you apt for 30 min. Also go get bonus at list couple tires will need to be change because the holes you will have from driving in there facility.They don’t even bother to collect all this metal. Nice job!!!

Park on the side go to check in. They gonna call you, than cross the narrowest scale you ever saw, park go back to office, than they gonna give you a dock. Worst thing is whole yard is covered with scrap metal, soo wish you a luck not to stab your tires on this nasty place. I gave them 2 stars only for fast delivery and restroom, everything else is really bad. No overnight parking! Go out procedure is the same, scale, office and your good to go.

Traffic area is supposed to be swept from debris regularlyNot once every few daysJust pure ignorance, disrespect and outright negligence of workers who do not have a clue that tires are not cheap and blowouts are very dangerous
