Yesterday afternoon my husband, son and I came here to grab a few sandwiches. The male who was putting the vegetables had a very rude and snarky demeanor. We politely asked if we were able to use the veggies that looked a lot fresher (right next to the ones he was trying to put on our sandwiches) on our sandwiches as the ones he were using were old, yellow and looked ridiculously dead. His denied our request and said "Man I am letting you know right now those ones were prepped the same time I made these ones. I don't know, they are fine."We will not be coming back.

Worst place to get food! Food mixed in with other food, vinegar and mayo on area where food is prepared! Staff not friendly at all! Talk to some young kid who said he was a manager and was very rude and hung up as we were explaining our issue!Need to hire new people who have respect for their job and the customer! No stars for this place!!!!Had to put a star to post

Ordered a salad online to take to work. Opened the salad at work and realized they had forgot a major component to the salad. No lettuce or spinach, both of which I ordered. How does that happen? Definitely check your order if ordering online.

I pulled up to the window at 640pm 1-17-24 and was told he was helping inside customers and he would get back to me in a minute. At 656pm. I texted my husband and told him I was still waiting. At 700pm 20 mins of sitting at the order screen that is unreadable I left. I pulled up to the window to get a manager number and store number. When 1 employee came to window while I seen another at the counter. With no indoor customers seen at that time. The white truck in line behind pulled off before I did. So you lost 2 customers in a 20 min span.1. Drive thru service is still customer service.2. How is anyone supposed to read this sign.

Kemp (I think that’s how you spell it) was GREAT he took his time making my sandwich! Definitely an awesome sandwich artist :)

Every time I order in the drive thru my order is messed up. Every time!!! I just left there ordered a foot long Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki with everything except olives and jalapeños with extra extra sweet onion sauce. The 1st thing I see is olives and my sandwich is dry. I'm at work with no food really upset.

This is the second time with the same employee!!! I worked at subway for 2 years, one of them being a manager. And this is by far the worst subway I've ever went to. I ask for extra lettuce and the girl gives me a pinch and a smile. I ask for more lettuce she says with an attitude she has to be able to close it. Knowing what the portions are supposed to be, I let her know she will be able to. (I only get 3 toppings on my sub). Also to mention I asked for it toasted extra, she didn't do that either. Nor did she give me extra mayo. Simple very common requests that I've never had a problem getting at any other subway. Not to mention she put the toppings she put on the dirty counter on my sub. I didn't even want the sub by time she was done with it. Which is very sad considering I only get 3 toppings on my sub. Serving me with attitude the whole time, even though I'm saying please and thank you. If I were the manager I wouldn't want people with that attitude working at a restaurant that is based on customer service.

I placed an order through the app and it appeared to go through and eventually said it was ready for pickup. However, when I got to the restaurant they never got my order. I understand that is not the restaurant's fault. The lady that helped me made me feel like it was my fault and my problem. She was not helpful AT ALL. I would never treat anyone the way she treated me. I would have ordered my $4 sandwich again if she let me. They were not even busy, but she wanted nothing to do with me. My app was also bugging out so that didn't help. I ended up leaving with nothing. If these people want higher wages, they gotta start earning it.

Ordered a 6” sub got back to work had wrong sub. Had to go back. Just asked for a refund only because I didn’t have anymore time for lunch. Refunded only the sandwich not the whole order which had chips and a drink. I guess I’ll eat chips on my next break. What a disappointment. Very unorganized cashier laughed and said hey this is the guy who had that sandwich. Not happy last time I go in there. They have messed up other times which I understand but you really should have had better customer service.

This is a stand-alone store so there’s plenty of open space inside. Clean, well-lit, plenty of windows across the front of the store. Friendly, patient workers. They were crazy busy when I was there, but were keeping ahead of the orders. Plenty of free parking. Easy access.

Staff seem tired of their job. Never smile or communicate with customers. They act like your bothering them. The food is still good IF you are able to get them to actually make it YOUR way.

This is probably one of the blast places that can actually say they have fast food.It is always made to order, so you practically set the pace.

Ordered in drive thru. Payed got food, boy were we shocked to see that the order was completely wrong. Tried calling to tell them order was wrong. But no one answered. Tried a couple diffrent times during the rest of the day. No answer just rang. Couldn't eat the sandwiches, waste of time and money.
