All i can say is this shop caused me alot of issues and down time do to a simple mistake and its still causeing issues with my rig and all this started november 3rd 2024 and bc of that i may have to sell it. Yall cost me my lively hood that was my business. I said i would not give yall a bad review but when my rig wont stay running due to human Error due to yalls shop and here it is jan 4th 2025 i changed my mind and decited to give a review. Clayton will kw who i"m after reading this review.

They were pleasant, there were a couple of people who had no idea how to help us with simple questions, but eventually, they were able to find someone to get what we needed.

Please avoid this dealer is a scam .. I came for a small problem in horns and they charged me for the whole transmission rebuild, which costed me $12k . After I drove 3k mile I have the same problem back , I went to them to get fix on warranty they asked for 5k to fix the same issue that I came for and supposed to have warranty on it .

$260 dollars to diagnose a leak on a radiator. $225 dollars for labor.
Price gougers like this are hilarious, surprised freightliner still allows you to keep their name your shops. SO many cheaper and skilled shops around fort wayne.

I agree with ghaly. This dealer have very bad Service the only thing they will do is they will charg you Arm and Logs for doing nothing
And pleas make sure don’t be fully about this warranty they say. They will all way find something to point it to. To say your warranty is for this part

Parts department is garbage. No knowledge of anything. Service department wanted to charge a 2 hr minimum at $225.00/hr just to answer a simple question. Absolutely would not look at my truck unless i put it in the shop. All i wanted was to make sure i was buying the correct replacement part. Never stopping here again

Got ISSUE in my RIG so pulled over my truck into their parking . Had chat with night crew(supervisor) while parking truck to get it repaired & told me that my Rig has warranties making sure 2 times with crew , next morning while picking up truck they made me a invoice of $2900.
Told me that my truck is out warranty. Last night I make sure with them, if it’s in warranty then do that job otherwise that was driveable. Asked for manager didn’t showed up, exchange some nice WORDs, then invoice changed into $1900 end it up paying $670
U need to professional guys while checking if truck is in warranty or not . I’m sure these guys are RIPPING Operators, PLEASE AVOID THEM IF U DON’T WANT TO LOOSE YOUR WALLET

I think that kind of too much. As a loyal customer they should cut some slack feel cheated I was recommending lot of my friends that driver truck to bring them here for service but now I got this kind of treatment from a place I trusted
