You never know if the pump you're at will work or not, these pumps are extremely slow when they do work. The energy drink selection is minimal, no breakfast etc.

OK is it ya policy to refuse a customer a lottery ticket, just because someone else bought a few of them before? And is not in line or inside the store!An the cashier claims he can't sell it.I've never heard of such a thing, at any gas station!I know it sounds silly, but that's the 1st I've heard of it!

Rarely has receipts at the pump and I need to go in to get it. What is the purpose of pay at the pump if you have to take the kids out of the car seats and go inside to get the receipt??? Station is clean though, at least from my trip to the door to the register.

Blonde petite Female with tattoos on her face and body, looks to be possibly a drug user was extremely rude today. Her customer service is atrocious I would shop at number of the other 10 gas stations in new haven before I would EVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Had a male cashier ask me if I have a boyfriend. I showed him my ring and told him I was married. He didn’t ask me in a flirtatious way or anything, it just kinda rubbed me the wrong way because it’s really not professional to ask a customer a personal question like that. He doesn’t even know me. I don’t even know him. And quite frankly it’s none of his business.He did apologize I will give him that. Although he apologized after I told him I was married. It makes me wonder how things would have gone if I told him I was single. I’d imagine it would make me feel quite uncomfortable and make me not want to go there anymore. I hope he hasn’t done this to other young women.

Stopped in to buy a pin of Ben & Jerry on Sunday night, 8:15 pm, on 6/28/2020. As I'm checking out my ice cream, I mistakenly hit the wrong button for my debit card. I've only been to this place once before and everyone seems to have different buttons to push for debit or credit.So the cashier and I share a chuckle, then we go through the re-process. It's quick, not like at Walmart. While this is going on, the cashier looks over my head and says, "She's old. She has Alzheimer's." At first I didn't know what he was saying, and then it registered that this cashier had just insulted me for choosing the wrong button on the key pad.
