Not happy with O’Daniel Service Dept

I’ll admit this review is based on a five minute interaction with one employee. But the absolutely rude behavior was done in front of several other employees and it did not seem to alarm them. Must be standard practice to provide rude “customer service”. Steer clear of Bobby the “service advisor” if you want to have a positive day or a productive visit.

Purchased a new to me used vehicle from here on 7/18/24. Took a day off work and drove over an hour to spend the day there to take on the whole long process of buying a new vehicle. Earlier this week on 8/29/24 my cars service engine light came on. Took it to the local ford dealer and it needs a new catalytic converter. Costs are estimated to be over $1700. I purchased the extended warranty on the vehicle through ODaniel Ford that I was convinced would cover any of my possible needs. Added an extra $80 a month to my monthly payment for that. Come to find out a catalytic converter repair is NOT covered.
UPDATE: Odaniel reached out and was able to get the part for a fraction of the cost. I understand that these things happen and as a used car dealer you always don't know however Odaniel did their best to help me out with the issue and I appreciate it. Hoping the next issue IS covered by the warranty.

O'Daniel Ford is the BEST dealer period. Everyone is always pleasant to work with. They do what they say they are going to do and in a timely manner. Always treated fairly and with respect. Great folks!!

Excellent service. Staff was very honest on what needed done and followed through. No pressure. Very friendly people and top notch work. I drive almost 50 miles to get serviced at O'Daniels. There are places closer, but I have never had a bad experience here. Honest, professional people. I would recommend them to anyone.

O'Daniel Ford exceeded my expectations of getting my vehicle repaired on the same day in which I had it towed to their location. Everyone was very helpful in the service department. Our regular salesman, Mike Pocci, even came by when I was picking up my vehicle to make sure everything was OK.

The service team at ODaniel Ford went above and beyond to help my wife and I. Traveling from Michigan to Texas when we experienced trouble, we pulled into ODaniel and couldn’t have found a better spot in the country. They diagnosed the problem, got us into a rental and back on the road, fixed our car, and handled the arrangements for rental return and vehicle pick up on our way home. Mike and Becky are not just committed to great customer service, they are genuinely wonderful people, and a pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet. I have told my story across several states, and their professionalism has renewed my commitment to Ford Motor Company.
