Got a brand new 2024 Escape on 6/21. The next day one of the windows failed to roll up. I brought it in on 6/24, they shuffled things around and got my car in and fixed in around an hour with no appointment. They went above and beyond to take care of my issue.

My 25 year old Ford Escort had brake problems. My son was driving the car when the brake pedal suddenly went to the floor and wouldn't stop. The car was towed to O'Daniel Ford and it was determined that the rear brake lines were rusted and in need of replacement. It was a time consuming task. The Escort was in the service department for 10 days. Bobby communicated with me regularly regarding the status. The brake lines were replaced, the car was returned to me on time, as promised. Bobby and Mike did a great job explaining the extensive detail of the work that was performed. I appreciate that O'Daniel Ford honors a military discount for military families like ours. I recommend O'Daniel Ford for any service work needed for my Escort. Thank you.

I recently bought a lightly used Mustang at O'daniel Ford. The sale was easy, no pressure. There was no mention of add-ons, but when I asked about an extended warranty I was given a great option. It's a used Mustang so ... maybe it's a garage queen, or maybe not. I've had occasion to use the warranty and since it's a Ford warranty handled by a Ford dealer there was no question. It's covered. YES!!!Salesman Brandon and service tech Bobby have been great to work with. I'm well satisfied.

Diagnosis and repairs have almost always been done in a day. Local repair shops are less expensive but usually take longer. You have to weigh what matters most to you.

Had to get my work van serviced. At first they said it would be later in the day before they could get to it, but they got it in about 30 minutes later. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
