I’ve made several purchases at Niche over the years, including bedroom sets, a couch, rug, three cabinets and various decor pieces. I’ve been happy with every facet of the service, quality, and pricing. Seriously consider stopping in to browse or buy - the staff there is just as helpful with inspiration as they are with sales. You can tell they really like what they do and want to be of service.

Just visited this store. Disappointed in customer service! No one greeted me or asked if they could help or answer questions the entire time I was there. Did not seem like they were excited about their product or wanting to promote it. Was looking to special order furniture but will go elsewhere now. It sure helps if the staff is enthusiastic about what they are selling and friendly and attentive to customers.

I love this store! In fact I have bought many items from here including a really nice dining room table set among other decorative items. The sales associate whom is usually there that helps me is extremely helpful and insightful on the products they offer. The last visit that I made to the store wasn’t quit as pleasant as it usually is for me and set another tone for the way I feel about visiting the store. I felt like I was being ignored when I first entered the store and rushed when I finally did get noticed. I had inquired about getting a couple furniture pieces built and I was given their card to email the specifications of what I wanted. After I sent the email I was sent back an email stating that their wood worker isn’t taking anymore orders because he is behind, but they could show me some similar products from their vendor. I said I would love to see them and never heard back.
