Without sharing specific details of what my child has gone through, this program needs to be more mindful of when situations are great opportunities for children to learn, versus when a child should be punished. I dealt with children repeatedly bullying my child, and my child ultimately being mis-punished by staff without them actually knowing what happened. When asked for details about my child's day, more often than not, staff didn't know what was going on. I will never use LEARN's program again.
