Everyone there has been friendly and helpful, especially Tori and Nevaeh. They do their best to accommodate when I wait too long and need a script filled quickly. I am always asked when medications have changed or adjusted to make sure its correct. <3

I enjoy getting my prescription reminder. I know my prescription is ready when I get to the pharmacy.

The girls in the pharmacy are extremely rude and talk down to people with a terrible attitude. They are arrogant and stuck up and always angry for some reason. I mean really how hard is it to take pills from the big bottle and put them in a little bottle. It’s unfortunate but i can only imagine that some of the elderly have no choice but to go there and get treated awful by the pharmacy staff time and time again. Hopefully a manager reads this and can put a stop to it.

So happy with this pharmacy after foolishly suffering with another New Haven pharmacy for years. Pleasant employees every time, and much better prices. I actually don't dread coming here.

No real complaints but I have definitely had better. Could be a little more punctual

Kroger needs to open back up more. I need my prescription but hate when I can't pick them up before work. Although I am grateful for the later hours again. You need to open back up to the older hours.

The store itself is fine, but I'm not too sure about one particular cashier. Isabella was my cashier. I came to her lane and she first had her back to me talking to her friends, the baggers I think. She wouldn't have known I was there had one of her buddies not point me out. She barely said hello and talked to her friends while she was scanning my items, with her back still to me. I'm not saying she needs to have a full conversation with me, however it would be a little more polite and professional to say "hi, how are you, do you have a Kroger card?" And I don't know maybe actually acknowledge the customer and not talk to your friends the whole time as if I wasn't there?

Did a refill request via the Krogers app; waited all day for information regarding my medicine that was supposed to be filled by 12:30; no word. Check the app the next day and there is nothing there! Like my request never even existed. When I call they tell me they're no refills on the medicine. I told them yes i'm aware and the other Kroger pharmacies I've went to in the past have always called or sent a request off to the doctors; she said yes they would do that. I asked if it was their policy to just disregard people and not let them know what's going on even though I'm signed up for notifications. She said it wasn't showing up in their system where I had requested the medicine. Oh course not it was deleted out when you all saw there was no refills and didn't want to contact the doctors. I requested saint joes road Krogers and not New Haven because the quality of service but yet it was sent to New Haven on the app anyhow.... ? lovely.

Don't use the pharmacy. The pharmacist acts as if they're doing you a favor, she always acts overwhelmed. When you not feeling good yourself, this just is wrong! They claim that they never received a script sent to them too get out of filling it, the doctor says but we've sent it! Go to CVS.

The store is clean, that's about the only positive thing I can say. Very little selection, difficult to find items because of the way they are stocked. Prices are very high! I was not permitted to purchase a $5 bottle of wine because I did not bring in my drivers license. FYI, I am a 54-year-old grandmother of six, and I do look my age with white hair! I understand and support the push to prevent underage drinking, but this was freaking ridiculous. And the cashier could not have made it any clearer that he didn't really give a crap whether I was able to purchase my item or not. Do NOT shop here, go to a different Kroger, or better yet go to Walmart. They have better prices

Friendly helpful staff. Their prices beat the larger pharmacy.

This is not a swipe at Kroger itself. Shopped at Kroger for years. The New Haven store seems clean. This is really about one employee that made two separate shopping occasions very unpleasant and hopefully management sees this. The cashier/bagger First name begins with Z is a total j**** Once to me and another tonight to a young girl who was training on a register. He yelled at her. Yelled to another employee 'who's suppose to train her. She doesn't know what she is doing." He was rude and obnoxious. The girl remained pleasant and though pressed by him with harassing comments was very nice to us. He gives the store a bad experience.

This is just a horrible pharmacy. I agree with previous posts. The balding man is rude and condescending. I cringe taking meds in sometimes knowing that I will be put under scrutiny. The pharmacist asks the techs rather than discussing with his own customers. You HAVE to be proactive here bc if you're not you will end up reactive and it will be the customers fault. Always!
