“I had purchased a ring 12 years ago from somewhere else I needed a new size and the other place said I was out of luck and didn’t carry it any longer so they wanted to sell me a new one. I walked in to Roger’s and hollands and they had the ring I wanted on display. I figured out what size I needed and then was checking the prices. Then my sales person said Tritons ring exchange was $50 bucks and they would do the paperwork for me. Now that was awesome! They could have made me pay full price for a new one. I really appreciate the honesty and service of this place!!!! Thanks and now I’m patiently waiting on my new ring”

“I called the shop before heading there, first I was hesitate due to my accents but I was Amazed the way they approached me professionally with respect. I brought my broken gold bangle bracelet, a Gentlemen name Alex ask me how much $ do I need. I told him I need $1500, the owner check my broken bangle and told me he can loan me $2k with 5% interest. The owner itself didn’t even try to sales talk me and he could of since my bracelet is broken, Everyone are super Amazingly friendly. I highly recommended this place. “Jewelry is nice and decent quality. However, you get sized for a ring, and none of their rings fit the same. So every time I've purchased a gift thus far, I've had to return it, and then they don't have or can't get the ring desired in the correct size. That's a bit frustrating. Also, I'm not speaking for all staff members, but there are quite a few that have a snooty attitude. It's a service business, and you are there because customers come in to purchase your products. Greeting them with kindness and patience should be a basic job requirement.”
