Visiting Ind. relatives on Thanksgiving Day my truck overheated on highway 24. I added 2 bottles of water and got to Heartland auto repair shop and parked it. Even though the shop was closed for the weekend, Jeff checked answer machine and got my message. He found it was a quick fix and made the repairs. Small business Saturday saved my Holiday weekend. I was very happy with my experience with heartland auto. My car was making a clunking noise and I read the reviews for this shop and called. I needed new shocks and he replaced them same day. My car felt smoother then I think it has in 4 yrs i have owned it. I will be back.

The Mechanic at this auto shop is a godsend!! He fixed my flat tire for next to nothing when the price of the fix was being quoted at $130 everywhere else . He was super fast and super kind and patient even though I had to take a 20 minute hike to pull his cash off my card, though he was clearly done long before I returned lol he comes highly recommended don't go anywhere else in Fort Wayne!!! Thank you so much Heartland Auto, I wish I could convey just how much you helped my family!

This shop was recommended highly by friends. I live Southwest, but having older vehicles, I'm always looking for the most honest mechanics I can find, and Jeff and his team has been great. That alone makes it worth the effort to cross town. I have not had many repairs done here to-date, but the service is incredible, and the repairs we did have are excellent. Most recently, he did some small diagnostics and didn't charge me since he didn't have much "work" in it, he said. He gave me an excellent recommendation for someone who could do the work. Thank you Heartland!

I actually was only going to give 3 or 4 stars for the simple fact that I brought my 2010 chevy Impala in to have my wipers checked. If you were to turn the wipers on you could hear the motor starting but the wipers wouldn't work. I was hoping to get a call sometime Friday but never did which would've been greatly appreciated and didn't get a call on Saturday either (of course there not open on the weekend). Then to my surprise I had a call on Sunday from Heartland saying that my car was finished and could pick it up anytime and pay him on Monday. That right there is an amazing thing to do.
