They did rear brake line on my truck for way less than the dealership. Also charged AC and put dye in to see where it was leaking. Still have to take it back for them to look at it. Very satisfied with the work they did.

Just there for an oil change, had appointment got right in service performed quickly everyone there was super friendly and helpful ? Definitely will recommend and return.

I visited this u hall after the u. Haul downtown Fort Wayne on Washington was absolutely oblivious to the needs that I had and where to locate the trailer that I needed. The Washington boulevard location is a lousy location to do business with. I recommend doing business with the family auto. Youval dealer. In new haven, any time you need something from you all

The person behind counter was extremely rude and smart mouthed with comments, you think the customer could ask questions about what needed repaired on vehicle. Ended up after all was done I had to take vehicle to Goodyear the next day to have what they replaced redone correctly. Depending on what mechanic works on your vehicle seems to depend on the outcome. Have decided after many times of coming here I will never come back.R. SaylorService: Brakes

Got our vehicle back and called them the next day saying there was a noise coming from the front end while turning. Took it back they said it was just the power steering pump and they just make noise sometimes. Took it back in for an oil change by the time we got it back the sound was even worse. Told them there was a bad noise like going over rumble strips. Decides not to take it back went elsewhere they said the power steering pump had failed and there were shreds of metal grinding. Had the pump fixed they even put on a filter to catch any metal shards that may still be in there. No issues running like a champ now. Highly disappointed won't listen to customer who drives their vehicles.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Never had a issue with them, just they are so busy it's hard to get a appointment at times, but they are better than dealerships!
