Love this place. My kids love their beef sticks and they have great dog bones. Their ground beef is super fresh. The smoked chicken and turkey is incredible too. Plus the ladies who run the shop and farmer's market booth are so super nice. I just drove 30 min out of my way to stop in here because I needed some things and hadn't been able to make it to the farmer's market.

These people are legit. Met them at the FW farmers market years ago, and love them. I make my own jerky but it doesn't hold a candle to theirs. Best teriyaki sticks I've ever had. Bacon so thick they call them 'steaks'. I haven't had anything from here I didn't enjoy. I'm just sorry they had to close the location in FW.

The woman behind the counter was incredibly RUDEHad To Call 3x Just To Give Instructions For What Cuts I Wanted Just To Be Told I'll Call Back In A Couple Minutes... Never To Receive A Call Back.And Never Received My Ribeyes!Will NEVER Recommend Them or Use Them Again!

Ordered a 25 LB "combo" and in return I got 18 lbs. Went down to ask for a refund or more meat. Told me they can't refund me the 60 dollars they owed me so instead gave me the cheapest meat they had to make up for their mistake.

Finally had to find a butcher for some specific cuts, Needed a Brisket and was told they only had 1 and I took it sight unseen and I won't ever do that again...The meat quality was subpar, Was already grey on the outskirts of the trim, Who ever carved it was either blind or has no clue what they are doing...I paid 7.99 a LB for absolute garbage, I will not return to this location and I will make sure everyone in Fort Wayne and New Haven know this also...
