We had a dryer and a washing machine delivered one day after the other and the UPS driver was the same driver with both deliveries he didn't use the dolly he just picked them up and dropped them on the ground about 2 ft off the ground

My wife and I had a new home built and agreed on using cabinet concept. Big mistake!! First they misquoted the price and didn't find out until install was complete. They didn't add in tax. We would of went with another company. Very close in price. Then the doors were made wrong. They did fix. The install was incorrect. They did come back after a few months to fix. Then the soft close devices stopped working. They ordered some but I had to go get and replace myself. Then I had another set of drawer slides that broke. Was told they would order a new set. When I called back to find out when they were coming in an employee was very rude about the situation and hung up on me. Nobody will answer my call now. Very rude and unprofessional company. Buyer beware!!!!

Was told by Mike they would come out to measure my countertop within a week. Didn’t happen on they day he told me they would come. Was told they would “try” to get there the following week. Not happy.
