“I never want to go anywhere else for an oil change. I drive 30 minutes to get my oil changed with these guys because they’re the real deal 100%. Always on their game, never ridiculously trying to sell you things you don’t need, always upfront, honest, and professional. I literally recommend them EVERYWHERE. Also, get a punch card!”

The cashier was also accommodating because she came out to the vehicle to speak with the gentleman instead of making things problematic. So they all went above and beyond normal service for this man. “What an outstanding place.
My family and I were traveling from northwest Ohio to Chicago last Thursday. We were heading to Shriner’s children’s hospital for my son to have surgery on his leg. Our power steering pump fell apart on the turnpike. Portage tire got us in immediately at 3 o clock. Offered to stay late to fix it if need be, so that we wouldn’t miss our appointment. Fixed it by 5 and didn’t even charge me anything. What a great experience! Highly recommend.”
