I liked the store the first year or two. They never have enough shoes or sizes for the shoes. Also, I like getting asked if we need any help walking in, and it being reciprocated, but I don't like telling them "No we don't but thank you for asking, if we do, we will come and get you". Then 2 minutes later the older, shorter lady there attaches to you like a leech and tries her best to shove any and everything off on you, and can't take a hint. We can look and figure it out ourselves, thank you. There are literally, what 1-2 choices, if you are lucky? Then she had the nerve to come up to another employee, I was asking a question about trying to order online and make a slick comment about us, right in front of us, complaining about "She showed us the same shoe an hour before, UH HUH", after we decided to leave, because there was literally nothing we wanted, and wanted the shoe in a different type, not platform style, and she not only wasted so much of our time dealing with her nonsense, but I was trying to look at the sizes myself to show my 12yr old, and I turn around and she took my daughter off to the other side of the store without my permission. So all that did was get my daughter in trouble and us never going back again or ordering online from their store. Idk if they work on commission or not, but she seems too desperate to shove their shoes off on ppl and it shows.

Our shopping experience at Shoe Sensation reminded us of when a sales representative would help you with your shoe choice, sizing, and fit. Tracy was amazing while helping me pick out sandals with the necessary arch support. She made it so easy for me to try on sandals and make my choices. I chose 3 pairs!! Thank you, Tracy!
