In most stores today it is rare to find an employee that will acknowledge you, let alone be able to answer any questions you may have. Greg and his crew buck that trend. They are always friendly, and make sure you receive the help you need.
I recently decided to switch most of my corded tools to cordless. I opted to try the Hercules brand, and so far I haven't been disappointed. I feel like they hold serve with the "Big Boys", and I won't hesitate to buy more in the future.

Left without purchasing a few times. Just didn't have what I needed.
Once was for a Lithium battery charger for a weed eater. They had them, but at the New Castle location, they only had the expensive ones. I did really feel like driving to Muncie or Anderson, nor did I feel like paying a shipping fee.
