A 90 degree day and had wife and dog in jeep trying to get to vet. Dog was paralyzed, hind legs and couldn’t walk. Had 45 min to get to vet for xrays. Jeep started running really rough, check engine light came on. Luckily 2 miles from Russ Hubler in New Castle. Pulled in and told service lead Joe my problem. Had never been there before. He told a guy to get us a loaner with nothing but my name and address and helped me transfer my dog to the loaner. Said he’d get my jeep checked tomorrow. We made it to the vet on time. We may lose our dog but I will say Joe’s kindness, quick action and trust in us reassured me that there are still good people in this world. Had my jeep fixed next day and drove it to my house to swap with the loaner. I will be using Joe and his team from now on for service and will look at Russ Hubler when I need a new vehicle. Thank you Joe!

Wife bought a car 2 weeks ago at this place the car had a shudder to it so they replaced the plugs I said it feels like the transmission they kept reassuring her that it was not (WELL) IT IS THE TRANSMISSION. So now I'm just going to contact the BBB and a attorney they haven't called her back but one time he said keep driving it.
Well she has and the car is hardly moving.
So no I would absolutely never buy a car from this place!!!
Gonna add this on my Tiktok and YOUTUBE channel.

They were very polite to me.
And they worked with me on my vehicle. I was thankful. I bought my GMC From I'm very happ,even though it c wasn't a Chrysler or Ford . They treat me with respect.

The woman in the service department was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate her help. The same with the mechanic, both were friendly and helpful. The fob was a more costly than others but it does work. The headlight quote is a bit much. I will have to investigate that further.
