Beckie goes above and beyond in her service to my husband Larry and I she is friendly and I can tell that she really cares about her customers wants & needs she is friendly and upbeat as a person who greets customers and shows us we are more than just a passing face.

Will not answer phones in this store . Usually staff seem unhappy and not very helpful . But Cricket service is pretty good. I'm satisfied as long as I don't have to go to the Newcastle store.

This would be a good place to get a phone except for the red headed woman named shayenne that we dealt with. She clearly hated her job, kept sighing as if annoyed when helping us with a phone, didn't want to be there, didn't want us there, didn't even say hello to us when we walked in just stayed silent, and not to mention she was horrific when we came in forty minutes to close to get a phone and she wouldn't help us unlock the phone to transfer our number because she wanted to leave on time and not run a little over at all. And we watched her run off another customer 30 mins early. This is insane to me. The only reason I gave two stars is because of the guy that was here yesterday who was very kind and upbeat to us and was refreshing. All in all if you hate your job that much don't work there so you don't make your customers uncomfortable and run off potential business.

We had a lady named Becky help us she was very sweet knew her stuff and was doing everything she possibly could to help! I'm going to revisit next week to make a large purchase all because of her customer service thank you Becky and thank you cricket!

Becki was great! I haven't met an associate at Cricket who hasn't went above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service, it's why I continue to go there to get my phone service!

I used to use Walmart straight talk but every time I went up north it would give me terrible service.. but since switching to cricket I haven't had a single problem going where I need to go

Myself and my family visited the New Castle Cricket location on 2021-09-21. We had a simple goal in mind.- Port mother to Cricket- Create a family plan that I own- Put my brother on the plan- Put my mother on the planThe associate Shaylie was extremely knowledgeable on all the processes and was taking notes to update existing documentation to help assist in future ports from Consumer Cellular. She owned the task and made sure myself or my family didn't have to leave without accomplishing our goals.Please take care of this employee as many do not go above and beyond to make the process less painful for the next customer and employee.
