These guys are honest and won't charge you for anything you don't need. Nice people, good customer service and honest work. Can't ask for much more. They have our business for as long as we are in austin

Had a sudden problem with overheating on an older car and found Latham's nearby with good reviews. The guys here took great care of us, found the problems quickly and we were also quite pleased with the bill. I'll be back!

I can confidently say this is my new go-to mechanic shop. If you're looking for polite, knowledgeable, and resourceful staff, Andy Vosburgh's Auto Repair is your stop. I needed to have my inspection done and, being the accommodating guy he is, Andy squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day I called. To pass inspection, I needed to have my tie rods replaced along with an alignment. Andy and his team gave me an amazing deal for the work (which saved me $300 from the cost originally quoted by another location) and were very courteous when I picked up my car which was even ready earlier than I expected in order to save me an additional commute to the shop. I am extremely happy with the work done on my car and will definitely be back for anything I need in the future. Thank you Andy!

Seem like decent people, but they misdiagnosed my vehicle and installed parts that weren't needed. Honest mistakes, I'm sure, but I had to take my van to the dealer to have problem resolved. When I informed them of this , I didn't even get a "thank you" for making them aware of the situation.

I noticed my tire was flat on Troy Schenectady road at 7AM this morning heading home from the gym. I drove for a little looking frantically for a shop and saw this little yellow one and pulled in. Big silver screw in front left! I told the guys and Dave from the repair shop walked outside with me, had me adjust the wheel, pulled it out and plugged it, had me pull up, and filled me up with air. Less than 5 minutes. Then my stomach sunk - I failed to bring my wallet with me to the gym. I stumbled through an apology saying I would leave my car and take an uber home to get money and come back to which they laughed, and said take your time honey, go to your gym get ready for your day and swing back when you can. I got ready for work, stopped at the ATM, and headed back. They said I owed $16.20 please.Just so appreciative at how much these nice guys saved my butt from what is usually a really frustrating situation. Honest place, please give them your business!PS - also their gas prices were really low!

I have left so many mechanics wondering if I had gotten a bad deal or wondering if I was working with honest people. That's why I am so happy to have found this gem of a shop. Jeff and Dan are extremely kind and honest mechanics who did a great job with my car. I don't know much about cars, so Jeff took the time to answer all my questions and I felt like I left the shop with a better education about maintaining my vehicle. We will be back!!

I've taken my motorcycle here for annual NYS inspection for years. They've always been fair and friendly. I had a motorcycle accident 2.6 miles from the shop and they charged $200 for the tow. They were able to drive the bike onto the flatbed, the bike did not need to be recovered, it was easily accessible. When my friend stopped by to get some things from my bike (I was in the hospital) they were helpful. Because of rain, it was a couple of days before my friend could drive the bike home. That was $60/day storage (they kept it indoors for me). Although I like the guys who work here, I believe $320 (plus $25 tax) is excessive for this tow/storage.

About a week and a half ago in preparation for an extended road trip, I called Latham Auto to see if they could do a thorough check of my vehicle to make sure it was road-worthy. I was told by Dan to bring it in at 9 a.m. on Wednesday 7/25 (today, which was a week and a half after the phone call). The date was cutting it close to my planned trip but I wanted to bring the vehicle into Latham as I trusted them on previous service. I arranged a pick up ride for the scheduled date. On a whim (intuition?), I called Latham right before I headed out only to be told they were busy and couldn't get to it until Monday. What? Did I make an appointment - yes, I did and I a leaving for my trip on Tuesday. Well, I was obviously upset since I MADE AN APPOINTMENT for this service a full week and a half in advance. Dan wasn't apologetic at all! His excuse: we have a lot of work to get through. Fine. You can't keep to your promised schedule but worse, you weren't considerate enough to call me - like yesterday - and tell me that you won't be able to keep the appointment. In the meantime, my ride, who had driven 45 minutes to get to Buda from Austin, had already arrived. If Dan had at least been apologetic instead of making an excuse, I wouldn't be quite as upset (although upset enough). Bad customer service like this can ruin a business. I will never patronize this business again.

Excellent work, saved me time, and money. Quick, reliable, and honest. I had purchased unneeded parts to fix my truck, and they found what the real problem was so, I took back the needed parts saving money.
