Vehicle finished within a day or two of anticipated completion date - even with A LOT of hidden damages. The Enterprise rental office next door was very convenient for long term replacement rental. “The New Castle location is outstanding!! Kendra is amazing!! I was in a car accident a long way from home and really needed a vehicle right away. She didn't have anything in. She and I both called around to other nearby locations and we found a van at the Anderson location. The manager there(I wish I could remember his name, He was also amazing!!) had it delivered to the New Castle store within two hours! These wonderful people went out of their way to see that my son and I were able to make it home! Thank you both so much!!”
