I have used Jeff's for years, but I'm done after the receptionist was rude and belittling when I called. Said I need an appointment but just bring it in when we open and we have no clue when it will be done. What's the point of the appointment, then she said do you want it or not I have other people waiting, woman these days have zero respect for anything. Will gladly go somewhere else.

This garage is professional, organized, and punctual. It is so very difficult to find mechanics that actually know what the hell they are doing AND won’t rip you off. Look no further. These guys excel in auto repair while maintaining awesome customer service. I am a very tough critic when it comes to mechanics and I tip my hat to this garage. I actually trust them. Great job guys! You’re the best in the state of Indiana.

First of all, Bryce put my personal tire on my truck rim quick, provided great customer service, and charged me 10 bucks, which is a fair price for this job, the reason I’m writing a 1 star review is because the middle aged woman working the front desk tried to tell me it was going to cost me 25 dollars, went in, got a price quote from her, then talked to Bryce who I assume is partial owner, at which point he said 10, when I went back in to pay she tried to say 25 again, at which point I informed her I was told 10, put my 10 dollar bill on the counter, and walked out, do not deal with the front desk chick, I believe she is stealing money, talk to Bryce, or Jeff only. I do not take kindly to people trying to steal my money
