This place is turning into a joke. You can’t even call and talk to someone anymore. Let me leave a message that never gets returned. Hope no one needs to speak to a pharmacist cause that is not an option.

Kathy is the rudest pharmacist there. Everytime I see her there she is gossiping and then she is rude to the customers

I come here to get my medicine and the pharmacy ladies are so kind. One did me a favor after seeing how upset I was with not being able to have my prescription on time. Honestly one of the best cvs places I’ve been too. If you’re looking for friendly people and good service, this would be where I would go.

Very rude service, pharmacist is rude, condescending, & lies to customers. Ignorant of (or blatantly defies) State law & promotes the spread of disease by their biased & selective practices!
MULTIPLE Meds on Walmart's $4 plan, costs $100 here WITH INSURANCE, got at Walgreens for $4.65...
Elderly family member pays triple the price for her medicines here, which is ridiculous, since there is so much competition these days.
And seeing how there's a SENIOR LIVING COMPLEX right down the street, you'd think they'd offer SOME TYPE of delivery service given how they'd benefit from the extra patients & other business they would get... Even if they made a trip every week... NOT forward thinking nor business savvy, to allow an opportunity like that to pass them up!
Oh well, today was the very first time my call was answered in UNDER 20 mins & wasn't treated rudely & unfortunately for them, it was our LAST CALL to their pharmacy since we've transferred our loved one's scripts OUT of there!!

We needed a PCR Covid test done within 72 hours prior to entering Canada. We had an appointment at another pharmacy but they told us the tests aren't even picked up for 2-3 days so we got an appointment at this CVS pharmacy right away. We were assured the tests would be picked up that day and we would have the results in 1-2 days so we hit the road and continued our trip with our plan to cross into Canada once we had our results. We were getting closer and closer to the border and no results! 2 days had gone by and we still had not received our results. We ended up looking for a place close to the border and we found a lab that does it on site and you get results in 30 minutes to 5 hours. Yes, we had to pay but we were out of resources. We got tested, had our results in just over 30 minutes. We had the hard copy as well as the results emailed to us. We were in Canada already by the time we got our Covid test results from this CVS location! I am sure it's a nice pharmacy/store but if you want PCR Covid tests for travel, don't count on getting your results back in 1-2 days!

This particular CVS pharmacy is TERRIBLE. Not once, not twice, but EVERY time I need something from this pharmacy, the customer service is TERRIBLE. Today, I showed up for my scheduled COVID booster in which I was told in advance I needed my ID and ins card - and had. When I was finally acknowledged, the woman asked me if I had my CDC card showing previous vaccines. (None of the scheduling communication EVER indicated I needed my CDC card.). I said no, but I had a picture (which has my name and can be verified with ID) and I hv a “My Chart” account which shows my history. She told me I HAVE to have the CDC card. WHY?? The employees in this place do EVERYTHING they can to get rid of you. It’s infuriating, and typical of this particular pharmacy. How about trying to find ways to help someone instead of trying to find ways to get rid of them?
