I haven't had an inherently negative experience with the Craft station until today, November 17, 2022, at around 3:30 EST. My pump, 8, broke and overfilled my tank, it never stopped pumping gas and I was overcharged and left with gasoline all over my car. I went inside to speak to the attendant. I didn't get her name, but she was stout with a lazy eye. It was understandable when she said she couldn't issue a refund, as it was impossible to know how much gas spilled, but she had a major attitude with me, told me they'd clean it up later, and glared at me without speaking, waiting for me to leave, instead of offering anything to compensate for my wasted time and money. I left dissatisfied and I will not be returning to use the pumps.

When I stopped in the entire place was Ignoring government mandated mask wearing (sign posted on door before entering ). All 5 other patrons as well as the cashier even! Not a mask on one of them! The cashier's friend was also hanging around the counter maskless just to hang and talk. I even asked the cashier why she wasn't letting th customers know they needed a mask and why she wasn't following the rules herself as she is the employee. She dated it was her "personal choice." Craft Station is the only place locally that we can get TopTier Gas with no more than 10% ethanol for our small engines. They also have kerosene for our heater & Diesel for our Diesel Vehicles & Equipment. The staff here are friendly & laugh at my simple jokes. Our animals go to the New Carlisle Animal clinic next door & we bank at The 'Home Town Bank,' 1st Source bank - New Carlisle branch right across the street.
