“On Feb. 11, 2026 I hit a brick on the expressway and flattened both tires on the passenger side and badly dented both rims. I had to have my car towed in. I called ahead and spoke with Jeff and when I came in he immediately looked at my car and took it from there. He was so kind and professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went over the options for the tires and rims and thankfully, Discount Tires had everything I needed in stock. I also had them replace my windshield wiper blades as the old ones were streaking badly. “I believe the man at the counter’s name was Steve. I was desperately in need of a lug nut that was misplaced from my RV. He was super gracious enough to look through an assortment of old ones that they had. I was fully expecting to pay for it. He said don’t worry about it, hopefully one of them fits, and sent me on my way. Not that often you find folks willing to help without having a reason to ask for money or to be reimbursed for it.
