Let me just start by saying this review is regarding working here, not about my experience as a patient. I have been a certified pharmacy technician in and out of retail for 8 years (at every chain pharmacy you can think of) before I had gotten this job. While my ultimate deciding factor was in aspect that they do not offer insurance to their employees, the treatment as a new employee I received right off the bat from Anthony and other staff did not help. I was hired to work in their lab, and so to 'learn the computer system' they used, I was put in the general retail pharmacy to work up front, drive through, etc. Fine. The issue is, I am a pretty quick learner when shown how to do things in combination with doing them hands-on. However, multiple times, the employee 'training' me would leave me up front and go missing for an hour at a time during my *second day*. I went to bring this concern to Anthony as if this continued, I was just going to be in a cycle of not being sure how to do something, having to frantically find someone to ask because there was a patient on the phone or at the counter needing an answer as well in a timely manner, and upon finally finding someone who wasn't too busy to answer my question, having them just resolve the issue at Mach 9 without showing me how to do anything. He, verbatim, told me I was 'playing the victim' and had a 'victim mindset', asked me in a facetious demeanor if I 'knew what on the job training consisted of' (I do, actually, I have trained many techs as a senior technician in retail, it isn't what's going on here) and proceeded to straight-faced tell me that he didn't want me trashing his name writing a bad review. In my interview and beyond, he would throw out jabs to where I had come from prior to moving here as well. I recently moved from Portland, OR and he had nothing but horrible things to say while never having been there (everyone is crazy there, drug addicts, weak and soft snowflakes, etc etc) and made it very obvious that was his opinion of me as a person and an employee. As I am, I've found out, not the only person who has had a similar experience, I feel as though there is strength in numbers. Do not work here. No insurance for employees (why? It's in the healthcare field, offer health insurance), would not match an extra 0.50 cents an hour from what I was paid at my previous job but was in the process of gloriously expanding the building and it has luxury finishes on the interior, and there will be no support for you if you bring up a simple concern as to whether or not you will be trained at your job. There are plenty of better places to work than here.

I always go to Walgreens but my doctor accidentally sent my prescription , first and last time ! They have 3 drive through windows and I waited over 45 minutes in line to get my prescription;( !!! This place is SLOW

Recently, I contacted the Pharmacy and suggested that better packaging be used to ship frozen prescriptions. The owner, Anthony Westmoreland, got quickly involved and we discussed the problem. VERY SOON after, Anthony notified me stating that he totally agreed with me, refunded the cost of the prescription discussed, and rewarded me with a FREE prescription for bringing up the issue. Service like this has earned them my business. In addition, the Pharmacy's shipping method now includes dry ice packaging and a Styrofoam cooler. Just received the prescription and I bet the packaging can be reused to ship a frozen Italian Beef to my cousin in Omaha, lol.

This place is trying to make me pay for medication I should be getting covered by insurance saying that my hormone injections (for pregnancy) can’t be covered and I have to pay out of pocket since they just bought the company. This is the only alternative medicine I can get to the medication that I can no longer take. now I have to hope I don’t have another miscarriage being over 4 months along cause of this. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to pick up my medication yesterday, I was told that it needed a PA and they would call when it’s ready. Well they had already done my granddaughter wrong, so I called my insurance, and what do you know?? My medicine in fact didn’t require a PA and went through with no problem and no charge. So I have went a Day without it, Migraine from hell, just because someone doesn’t want to fill prescriptions that your doctor prescribes for you.. So, if you want or need the medication your doctor or doctors put you on, don’t go here!!!

If you want your medication like your doctors want, don't go here!!! They told me that my medication needed a PA, but in fact it did not. I was out of it, called my insurance and they told me it had went through with no issues, it didn't need a PA. They done the same thing to my 8 yr old granddaughter!! But she went without her meds for a couple of days because they couldn't tell us they just didn't want to fill her prescription!!!

Keri Westmoreland was fabulous to work with today! We have been shopping for a lift chair for my elderly mother, and Keri was so kind and helpful. I can't say enough about the customer service and definitely recommend anyone desiring medical equipment, to check them out!Thanks again Keri!

Westmoreland has been my pharmacy for a good while now. All the pharmacists are wonderful! They're always very helpful. The majority of the staff is great too. I live 30 minutes away from Westmoreland and there are several pharmacies that are within 10 to 15 minutes from me but Westmoreland is definitely the best option for my family. I did just have an experience with someone working there who I assume is new. She was very rude but for the most part, over these past several years, everyone has been terrific!

Wouldn't give 1 star if I had that option. They seem not to care if your meds are due on Sunday which they are not open. It will be 30 days Sunday, not trying to get them early but having to wait till Monday and go without for a day and half, Just seems unethical and unprofessional. Had a Spinal fusion and 2 decompression and I'm guessing I will be in pain till Monday. And to think I've been going to this place since Anthony's first store. Seems like the more stores he open's the less they care about the customer's, now it's all about the money. Will no longer be doing business with any of his pharmacies after Monday.Had a similar situation a month and put a review online, Surprisingly the pharmacist called him shortly after I posted the review and fixed the situation after he was told over the phone they couldn't do anything. Then asked him to change the negative review since she fixed the issue. He did so, but not this time. Simple solution to everyone "go to a pharmacy that doesn't close on the weekends"Eric H.

I have used Westmoreland Pharmacy for 14 years and they are Great. The owner, Anthony, has helped me many times and provided excellent service. He is knowledgeable, helpful and has always taken time to answer any questions or concerns about medications. Pharmacist Jennifer Messick also has provided excellent service. I’ve talked to her several times and she has been easily assessable, answered many questions for me and gone out of her way to assist me. It is nice to have such a friendly pharmacy who, I would say, has a personal touch! Highly Recommend!

Westmoreland is a full service pharmacy and compounding shop. Not only can they fill your prescription but they can mix special orders from your doctor that may not be able to be purchased. They will also look for specific products that they may not have and order them for you. Next to the pharmacy they have a medical device addition. At this place you can purchase wheelchairs, shoes for diabetics, braces and chair lifts. You can buy canes and walkers and other devices to assist you.

Great customer service from the staff I’ve dealt with. Always willing to answer any questions in regards to my prescriptions. I love the ease of being able to order my refills on my phone using their pharmacy app. Mail delivery of my prescriptions are always on time and carefully packaged.
