Wash n shine 4207 Charlestown Road damaged my 2020 Jeep Wrangler on August 6th. Called the number on the car wash while still there and a lady took my info and said I would receive a call the next day. Didn’t happen. Called every day and left messages for several days. Nothing. Finally Lesa answered the phone, tells me to email estimate and photos to her and a Mark McAdams will contact me. It’s been over two weeks and several calls and emails and nothing from Mark McAdams. They are the worst! Stay away!

Broken knobs card readers not working then when it did work it cost 30 dollars to wash my car one time. Been real good luck having return customers as I Damm sure won't. All 5 of my cats will definitely go somewheres else. Rip off artist

Rise N Shine at 7610 CR 311 in Sellersburg Indiana automatic ‘foam brite’ carwash damaged my 2016 Jeep Compass on May 11, 2024. After numerous phone calls they have essentially ghosted me and refuse to fix my vehicle. Never ever take your car here! Horrible place with no regards for your property.

The only thing worse about this garbage business is the loser management. No response when you call about the outdated machines malfunctioning, and you're out your money.

Used one of the bays to wash my car this weekend. Someone/all of us have to tell the owner of this run-down wash basin to fix the place or close it. It appears that he is using refuse water from the New Albany sewage plant to do final rinses on cars. After the car dried, there was a nasty, adherent white film left all over... see my pics. Unbelievable... drive by this place or spend an hour trying to get the shine back by hand.

Paid 11 dollars for automatic wash car still as dirty as it was before I went it. Second this car wash has been a disappointment.

This car wash has been here 20 years and has not once upgraded the equipment and just raised the ridiculous prices. $15 for a horrible touch less wash is ridiculous and robbery. So do yourself a favor and don’t come here. Go to Star Wash in New Albany. Best touchless around.

I have frequently visited this car wash to only be disappointed. Usually always out of something. Either the wax or the soap or wheel cleaner. When it does work the concentration is so thin you spend 2 or 3 times longer just to try get a half way job. I can only speak on the manual bays. I never use the auto wash.
