Love this Walgreens! They're always fast and super friendly! I ship packages here, and I love the staff. The manager is always very nice, too. Linda, Rita, Brandon, Sara - they're all gems at this store. I have no complaints.

Was treated very rudely by the person working drive thru because she was too lazy to look on the computer to see if insurance info needed to be input for two of my children. I stated that I wasn't sure if Walgreens had all the info. Instead the response I got was,\" oh you're telling me I need to put in insurance info for 2 of these people because I have a line?\". The line was like me and 2 other cars. I guess it's too much to ask to get prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. I told her in the same manner I was treated to just give them back so I can go somewhere else. She just threw my prescriptions into the cannister. Real professional staff! So, I drove down to Westmoreland Pharmacy and was treated with dignity and such kindness which is just what a mom of three sick kids needed. I highly recommend Westmoreland Pharmacy.

My stolen car was recovered without the key or car thieves, Kristine Hoffman and Warren Funkhouser, in this parking lot so I called in hopes the key had been ditched in their store by the thieves I'm almost positive we're inside at the time....I called they answered and advised no key had been found at their location....but we're friendly and apologized for my inconvenience.

For the most part I love the Wallgreens on State Street in New Albany. They work with me to help manage some of my meds and I appreciate that very much. With that being said, the last couple of months there has been a pharmacist that must be fairly new. No names but she worked there Wednesday, September 1, 2021. Jamie and Jill at the pharmacy do a great job. Jamie and Jill informed me of the walgreens discount medicine card. With the discount card Im able to afford my medicine. Thank you for great service .

Went to New Albany Walgreens on state street hoping that's where I took my negatives. I told the girl at the front counter and she asked what are negatives. She told me to go to the photo desk which I did and it was determined that that is where I in fact took them however then have since shredded them because I hadn't picked them up. I was told I would be called when they came in from wherever they sent them to. I never received a call. So my negatives I've had since the 70's when I was in the Navy are gone forever. Needless to say I'm in a high state of pisstivlty I didn't sleep at all. Ron Miller

The pharmacy is horrible. Very rude pharmacist was very nasty to her employee who was trying to help out in the busy pharmacy area. It's such a turnoff and I won't be back. Learn some people skills or find a new profession.

The Pharmacy is ridiculous, got told it was going to be 15 minutes and waited over 30 minutes then went back to the desk and asked how much longer and she said 5-7 minutes and waited for another 30 then went & asked about my prescription again and they said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, then got a call that they can't even make it. Very mad. And this place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Will NEVER be getting anything filled here again.

The State Street Walgreens was in its prime when it was open 24 hours. Living on the other side of town, we would happily drive to this location for our prescription needs because of the extended hours. The extended hours would allow forgiveness for things like the pharmacy taking longer than you would expect to fill a prepackaged prescription for ointment for example, for not being able to find the clerk at the check out for a minute or two, 1 hour photos that turned out poorly because the machine was miscalibrated(?), or a never-ending line at the drive-through pharmacy. But now, with the Jeffersonville location being the new 24 hour location, there leaves little reason for us to drive across town to State Street. We had a good run Walgreens, good luck. Hey there CVS 24 hour pharmacy across the street, how you doin'?

It's getting better bit I would have do their work. Like call my doctor getting my prescription sent basically stuff Walgreens dance for me and Kentucky I'm really look frustrated with the Walgreens in New Albany but it is getting better

I had to return to Walgreens Friday night because my hospital doctor made an error on my prescription. I want to thank the Pharmacist for assisting me. She really did not have to help, since it was the Doctor's error and they helped me get the correct prescription. I just think it is great that they went out of their way to help me when they did not have a responsibility for the error. I would recommend this store to everyone, and want to thank them for their great customer service and compassion. Carl Duncan

Horrible wait times, make you wait an hour for medication just to then tell you they don't contact with your plan, instead of calling and letting you know to come pick the RX back up. Plus, they fight you over giving you the paper RX back.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a pharmacy. Waited 40 minutes to go pick up my prescription because I know you guys are slow and then go to get it and you hadn't even started on it!
