I use this Walgreens often and they are always very helpful. The pharmacy staff are professional and friendly. The cashiers are patient and give amazing customer service.

Worst Walgreens !!! Children had rapid Covid tests done and the technician never ran the results ! Would’ve had to bring them back in the next day and get swabbed again which means they would’ve missed school again ! Prefer Holmans Ln.

They very rarely have makeup for African American women. There is always a limited supply of the products we use. This community is changing and more African Americans are moving here. Walgreens needs to adapt and provide products for all their customers.

Pharmacy is terrible. They are not helpful. They don’t care that you need medications filled when you have done all the proper steps to request valid refills. They just cancel your script or just don’t fill it but never contact you or your doctor unless you call.

The lady Carol in the pharmacy is always a mixture of confused and passive aggressive every time we come in. My wife regularly has to stop by to get her inhaler refilled and it’s always an ordeal. If we have to deal with her it’s almost guaranteed that it won’t be a smooth process. I’m often surprised if we get in and out without there being a problem getting this monthly refill.

Initially spoke with the pharmacy technician Carol and asked if she could please call my mail order pharmacy in order to transfer my prescription to their store (this was per the instructions of my mail order pharmacy). She told me that it would be easier if I were to call my doctor and have them write another prescription and send it to them directly. I asked why it would be easier... She responded that she would have to wait on the phone too long to speak to my mail order pharmacy.
