This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They consistently do not have your prescription ready, they are rude and the wait in the drive thru is always 30+ minutes. It's actually very concerning how disorganized and poorly trained the staff are, definitely switching to a new pharmacy.

This Pharmacy called me three ties on a SUNDAY. Left one message that said I needed to call them about a refill. Monday I call them and after being on hold for 28 min....that's right 28 min the person I spoke to couldn't tell me or explain to me why I got three calls on Sunday. What a joke. This pharmacy also had my RX delivered by DOOR DASH......yes DOOR DASH one day. all of my medical information included.. terrible

worst service, especially in the pharmacy…whoever is at the counter, not the drive-thru is in the wrong field of business…5 customers…45mins later…drive-thru takes 15min….being incompetent I guess secures your job at walgreens on state…ill take my business to CVS??♂️

This Walgreens is so slow and annoying, literally every single time I go to the drive thru there are multiple vehicles and it always takes forever. It’s almost like all the other idiots in New Albany think this is the only pharmacy.

I sat in line 15 minutes only to pull up to the window and have the pharmacist put a sign up, pull the blind down. "Closed for lunch"On duty manager was unhelpful.

Walgreens is my go-to pharmacy and more! They have a wide selection of medications and healthcare products. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent customer service. Additionally, their convenient locations and extended hours make it easy to access essential items. A reliable and trustworthy choice!

I no longer buy prescriptions here, but anything I need I can probably find it. Forget to buy a gift? Go to Walgreens and get toys, candy or gift cards, as well as a good greeting card. With the exception of the spaced out clerk I saw most recently, I am usually greeted with a "Welcome to Walgreens".
