Pretty easy process, got my new phone and stuff transferred in about 30 minutes. Not too shabby, easy process I’m happy. I was serviced by Ty, he was great. Great customer service and good vibes.

I bought an iPhone online and another Verizon store couldn't quite figure out how to activate it. This store activated it easily through the expertise of associate Victoria- excellent job today!

Exceptional customer service!! I am so glad I came to this one, the one closest to me are always so rude!! I came here they greeted me and I got helped immediately and got what I needed. I actually felt like they enjoyed helping me rather then me be a burden like the one I usually go too.

I give 5 stars because firstly, the place was clean. Secondly I got the best customer service by Anthony and Victoria. I upgraded my phone to a iPhone 15, Victoria made sure I had everything before I turned my phone in.. I ended up coming back an hour later for more help and she sat with me helping me login to my Facebook and my Amazon app. I really appreciate the kindness.

I'm torn as to how I feel about this store. I called Verizon customer service to cancel one of the phone lines on my plan. I had 3 lines. My husband passed away and I was wanting to cancel service and return his phone. The phone was shipped to me 2 years ago. I was told by customer service to take it back to any Verizon store. I still had a balance owed on the phone and didn't want to pay the balance and keep the phone. I reset the phone, put it back in the original box and took it to this location. When I got here and told them what I was there for they looked at me with such confusion and really acted like they didn't know what to do. So, by asking me a few questions, we got it figured out. I at one point asked if it would be easier for me to call customer service back. I don't know why in my mind I expected this to go smoothly. I thought, how difficult could this be? I'm sure people cancel service everyday. I understand the business side of this and not wanting to lose a customer or money. Although the 2 men working were polite I felt as if I knew more about the process than they did. With that being said I think the days of employees going above and beyond to help a customer are over. It's just the world we live in now. Although it wasn't an ideal experience I can't say anything negative about the 2 employees. I think it's a training and communication issue on Verizon's part.

Tyrese (not sure of the spelling) ? did a great job transferring data from an old Verizon phone to a new one - and then activating it. He is great at his job and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Excellent customer service from TyreeceSlight updateHad to take a couple stars off the review for some minor issues and inconveniences.The customer service is still top tier. No issues with that at all.Here are some of the problems I did encounter after the initial review:1. So I had to pay a setup fee for transferring over a phone from a different provider. Paid like 40 something to do that. Which is fine that’s the fee this Verizon store charges. However the phone did not work via wouldn’t make calls for well over what I was told.I had to call Verizon directly from another phone to figure out what was going on. They gave me an E-SIM and it fixed the issue after having to transfer over the phone again because it wasn’t done right initially (could have been a number of issues as to why that didn’t happen). So essentially I did the work myself and paid the store for that.2. During the same visit I also had the rep place an order for a new IPhone 15. Was told 2 days and the phone would be ready for pick up. 1 week later and the phone still hasn’t arrived to the store. I called Verizon only to find out that the phone was never placed on order.I had the agent on the phone order a phone and unfortunately had to drive a hour away from where I originally going to pick the phone up from.Other than those slight inconveniences cool store. Just make sure everything is taken care of in detail before you leave.
