I gave two star's because the stylists (not just mine but others) were very friendly and the environment was clean.
However, generally I am dissatisfied with my hair cut. I am new to the area and wasn't sure where to go. I found a groupon to use to start trying out different businesses. I asked for a simple trim. Ultimately, I felt like my hair was cut too short AND when I straighten my hair it is incredibly uneven. I have a natural wave in a portion of my hair and I felt like she did not consider this when trimming my hair.
I am currently finding ways to hide my cut through updos. I am grateful that it is summer and the undo's are helping me keep cool.
it has been over 4 days since I have left a message on her voicemail requesting her help to adjust the uneven ends of my hair however. I have not heard from her.
I will not be returning to this salon. I will be looking for other places for future cuts.

I went to this salon for years and had a good time going there. Everyone is super nice EXCEPT the hair stylist I had. Do Not let Sue do your hair. That woman gaslit me for years about the health of my hair. For context I have dark brown hair and wanted to go blonde. I did not know anything about hair as I was quite young, but when you go to a professional you except them to give you knowledge and explain what is good and bad for your hair. Sue allowed me to go platinum blonde for years. It was gorgeous I will admit. I loved my blonde hair, but a few years in I started to receive comments that my hair looked unhealthy from many people in my life except the only person who was a professional in regards to hair. I trusted her to tell me if I needed to stop bleaching it and began all of our sessions with "Is my hair still healthy and should I continue dying it" Every single time she said that my hair was perfectly healthy. Even when my hair began to fall out she told me it was still healthy. When I told her that my hair was falling out and I no longer felt it was healthy she changed what she had said and told me "I've told you for years that dying your hair would destroy it". I have never gone back and every stylist I've gone to since says they would never have dyed my hair blonde as it would make my hair fall out. My hair is still damaged almost two years later. Sue is a liar and should have been fired years ago.

Called on the spur of the moment to get an appointment. Stylist Michelle answer the phone gave me appointment the very next day. She did highlights and lowlights on my hair, did a nice cut and style. Would recommend to anyone that needs an up-to-date haircut and color.

The ladies are amazing !!! Sue, Hope , and Melissa are so much fun to be around. They treated us like sisters. Sue gave the best facial ever. Hope styled , and straightened my sisters hair. It looks amazing . Definitely going back.

This place was so welcoming and cozy, the hairstylist listened to what I had in mind and did an excellent job! Really enjoyed the atmosphere too, the interior of the salon was very nicely decorated too, very clean, very pretty.
