I've ordered from them twice now. BOTH times they got it done for me same day (not sure if this is standard, but I was impressed by it). Once was two pieces of glass for shelves in an inherited piece of furniture, the second was 6 cuts of plexiglass. All the cuts I've gotten from them have been exactly on spec.
