“Blue Sky storage New Albany was very efficient and accommodating for our entire tenure we had our camper there. They even came out and helped us get in the correct spot after initially choosing one that was not the right size. The manager Theresa was always very thoughtful and kind when talking with her and I absolutely felt like our camper was safe there. “So I'm giving Red Dot 5 stars. But we purchased a locker, arrived and it was empty! The previous owners cut off the lock and emptied the locker. I was not happy! Red dot immediately apologized and refunded our money. Still waiting for the refund from Storage Auctions .com. hopefully soon as it was a significant amount. Great service by the rep on the phone and the young lady that helped us at Red Dot #47.”
