Very nice people at the bank branch itself. Have always been friendly to me and polite. But as for the bank itself Im not very happy. when I open an account within 7 or 8 years I opted for the no overdraft fees and and now I do not remember not recall getting any notification about any changes made to my account. So now even if my account is overdrawn $5 I get a $36 overdraft fee plus on top of that you'll get an $8 a day overdraft fee. And when I called to try to talk to somebody tell him know the money was in my account to cover that it had already came out of my account and they like to make excuses I do not like a bank that makes excuses when I know how much money I had in my account I am looking for a new bank. I do not want to do that but I feel I am being left with no choice

Went to bed almost $100 positive in my account woke up the next morning and was negative $127. I had to move money from my savings account to my checking. Seriously considering getting a new bank.

They close too early. Almost impossible to make a payment over the phone, even after answering a very long list of questions they refused my payment 3 different times. I had to start using a different bank

Branch manager on Charlestown rd is quite the peach. Do yourself a favor find a new bank.

Lines are too long in the drive thru. Bank is always locked even during business hours. I found an open unlocked banking center down the road to do business. Tellers at both banks were nice though.

Personal service, you give them your name and address for deposits and they remember you. There is always a person instead of a computer. Best bank in town!!
