It's been a long time since I'd visited Regalo and I actually didn't realize it was in New Albany. The store packs in a lot of bright, fun items and is a perfect spot for a splurge or when purchasing a gift. I left with a glass pink flamingo in the shape of a pool float that I'm going to use to hold soap in my bathroom. Quirky finds are my style! It would be impossible for me to list every item in the store. Stand outs include, clocks, jewelry, funny socks, wall decor and string lights, candles, etc. It's a fun space to visit periodically. Easy to visit with free street parking and nearby restaurants and other shopping options.

It's very hit or miss. Oftentimes, I just wander in here to browse. It's fun to look! I love their basement bargains, and I've had decent service for the most part- other than a few interactions, I have nothing to complain about. Definitely check it out if you're downtown!

The store is set up very well-clean, nice and organized. They have a great selection of quirky gifts, not your typical basic hallmark store ... They have weird and eccentric items but not tacky like Spencer's. The only thing is like all of the stores in downtown New Albany, they have just awful operation hours ... I will never understand businesses the close at 6 when most people have a 9-5 work day and they have been closed on days when the sign says they are open so I wouldn't make a trip to go just there based off of the hrs of operation on the door. Also, prices are very high, not the place to go if you are an economic shopper.

This was the greatest customer service I have received in a long time. Very friendly. courteous help. My purchase was online, but I'll definitely visit their shop in the future. The purchased gifts were perfect.
