“The 5 stars are for Helen. Every time I go to this location Helen is working the desk. She is very friendly, apologies for the slow line, and does her best to give you 5 star service. She makes sure everybody is taken care of, and if you have to step out of line to fix something, she will have you stand to the side and once done bring you back over. We need more Helen's in the world. USPS needs a lot more Helen's.”

“It's nearing Christmas shipping deadlines, and the post office was packed with customers. So, I was expecting the usual grumpy postal clerk. But these two ladies didn't get the memo. They were cheerful, helpful, patient and kind. They simply gush Christmas spirit. They efficiently moved the line and I was in and out within 15 minutes. It took me a bit to find this little Post Office. The address makes one think it's located in the Greentree Mall. But it's actually in a standalone building on the JC Penney side of the mall. Never thought I'd see the day where I might actually look forward to a trip to the post office. Now that's a Christmas miracle!”

“Local branch post office so for me a great location. I have always had nice friendly service from the staff so am puzzled by the negative staff comments. People are correct about the staffing issues but that should be addressed to the Louisville office and I have but to no avail. I pay for a post office box but the availability of the box is now only during operating hours which defeats one of the reasons for having a box. I have called an complained to the main office but nothing has been done. If you have a box join me in calling and complaining, either discount the service since it is not being delivered as what a box services is for or provide it as it should be.”

“The office is one thing, a lot can happen and it’s rather varying. The workers out here delivering mail are another. It’s been a while since I knew a the neighborhood postal worker and guess what?? He’s fantastic. He knows me by name and always the same person day in day out and it’s a good feeling. Very grateful to have that again.”

“I went in there for the first time today. There was no line and I was in and out in just a few mins. The worker who took care of me was nice and friendly. It was hard to locate. I had to go in a near by bank and ask a teller there where it is.”

“I had a delayed / missing package that was supposed to be 2-day. Not sure her name, but a lady at this office (maybe Robin?) not only reached out to where it was last scanned, but followed up with me and went above and beyond to help me track down an important Christmas package. And to top it off, she was so kind and made the experience so much better!!!Now that is amazing customer service. Thank you!”

“This post office is hard to handle. You will be suprised at how much is management's fault as the mailmen are failing them constantly. They can do with a good hiring process instead of what?”

“They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all. If I have outgoing mail of particular importance I always drive to this PO to drop it off, to make sure that it doesn't route thru the New Albany PO.”

“My wife and I went in to apply for a passport and Milissa was great. Fully explained everything, did our photos, we signed and paid - all done in under half an hour. She even told us what to expect in the three mailings we’ll each receive and approximately when they’ll come.”

“I didn't go in. I'm hoping to use a P. O. Box, if I can afford it. The location is convenient for working in the area. The library is close enough to visit, too.”

“Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. This location has extremely long hours and typically atleast 2 if not 3 registers open. I use this location quite often and never had an issue. The clerks are nice. Honestly its the costumers that are likely the problem. Not ready, not sure what to do.”

“I needed to stop at a location to verify my identity in person for a change of address (which I got an email that it was denied, despite me having a state issued ID), but the person at the Broadway location was super efficient and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I would use this location again if I'm in that area.”

“This was the best post office when I lived here. They were a part of the local community. Stamp out hunger food drives. The manager barabra was so kind. I hope you all are doing good!”

“The postal lady I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped to meet with every need I had. I would recommend this service to all my family friends and neighbors And she was very polite and understood my needs.”

“I really appreciate the job the clerks do. (Carriers, too.) Working for the USPS and with the public is stressful. (That's why it's called, going postal.) Anyway, over the years, I've learned to steer clear of the place on Saturdays or whenever else there'll be long lines. Kind of glad to see negative reviews here. Maybe these people will stay away!PS: An update. The hours here have become VERY spotty. Very unpredictable. If I had to do it over again, I'd rent a box at a more reliable branch.”

“Spoke to an employee this morning with an unique problem. He was able to confirm what I suspected. I now will need to forward my issue to a postal inspector, but I now know I am correct. I was scammed by a fake company providing false tracking information. The clerk confirmed it but I need to take the issue up with a postal inspector.Update: I ordered an item from a fake company website. The site was for a company but the receipt was from an individual so I knew the second I received a confirmation from my processor that it was like fraud. Tried to cancel the payment immediately with both the processor and my bank, but was unable to cancel on the weekend. Tried to claim the shipment as undelivered and the seller provided a valid tracking number for an package delivered to my zip code. This is a advanced scam method, daily thousands of tracking numbers are gathered through web crawling, scrapping, or hacking. Then the fraudster selects an unrelated shipment going to your zip code. I though I was going to have to go through the postal inspector to get proof the package with the tracking number provided did not go to my address. The postal employ above confirmed the tracking number I provided did not go to my address, but could not provide more as I was not the customer for that package. Upon closer review the tracking number provided was for a package shipped some hours before I placed my order and for a first class package not priority mail. First class package are limited to items less than one pound, my item was obviously over a pound. So I was able to get a refund from my processor on the third attempt after they closed my claim twice in favor of the seller.”

“Great people working here. They're always friendly and out of over 300 packages they've never lost one. They helped me send a package to Saudi Arabia and it actually went.”
