I used there ATM and never got my money out cause the machine kept it I called and let them know since I was at this bank right outside and I was told nothing could be done about it . They didn't bother to check cameras or nothing. Just told me to dispute with my bank cause I didn't bank with them but they were right there could have check real quick .... Four ppl before me got there money no problem. I truly think the ATM ran out money. And if so I feel they should have been able to help me inside plus I had proof it was gone from my account on my phone. This was a stressful day for me as a new mom. I won't trust using their arms ever again..I'm still don't have the money back ?

Wow! All those negative reviews! I didn't get any of those actions/reactions when I went today. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Maybe the negative experiences were flukes? Angry people are more likely to leave reviews anyway, right? Good to me . . .

Worst customer service I have ever received. Completely unprofessional from top to bottom. I have used Pnc my whole life and just closed all 4 of my accounts just because of this one store and manager and senior banker. They also discriminated against my 2 year old autistic son. Don’t worry my attorney is already in contact with their executive client relations department informing them of the upcoming legal actions against them.

Don't feel like they treat everyone the same, they seem bothered everytime I come in. They'll greet everyone else and tell them to have a good day when they leave but won't say anything to me. Not sure if it's cause I'm a restaurant worker or cause I'm colored

Went in to open a new accountEmployee were doing absolutely nothing and denied to open a new accOunt without appointment.Told em will give our business to some other bank who is happy to business with us and they didnt care

If I could give negative reviews I would, incredibly slow service and completely incompetent staff. Was there on a Saturday trying to get bank statements and had to try to explain why I needed my own bank statements, and they gave me the wrong ones! How do you give someone the wrong statements! Complete idiots. I will never visit this Branch again.
