This wash only works about haft the time, this time it cut off or shut down when I pulled in, the cycle started in middle of wash cycle, skipped the first "wet" cycle, soaped and quick rinse then Green light came on to finish wash.

I tried to use the automatic wash, inserted my money and it said the car wash was in use. It was not in use and didn't have any lights on. Drove in and backed out, thinking it would reset it. Nope, still said the same thing and never a green light. Called that day (Monday), still no response today (Friday). Left another voicemail at the number on the building. It was quite frustrating to waste my time for nothing.

I like this car wash I like the self service but the automatic wash doesn't clean so we'll also 1 of the vacuums were broke and that would be the one I chose should have an out of order or something just so nobody uses it and looses there money like me..
