Update the hours if you're going to continue to be closed on Saturday. Giant waste of time (trying to save time) ordering online, paying and driving there to find out it was closed all along. Almost an hour waiting for customer service to pick up to get a refund.

Service Suddenly Sucks…I’ve been a lifelong Spring Street NAPA customer. On Tuesday July 5th I stopped by to get a battery replaced but was informed that NAPA does not replace batteries due to “liability issues” for 50 years this location has replaced my batteries, wiper blades, light bulbs. The national website distinctly states that they do indeed replace batteries. There were a couple guys working but obviously didn’t feel like accommodating me (it was very hot) I guess my small purchases aren’t worth their time…all good things come to an end.

Their hours of operation seem to vary from the times they have posted both on google and on the front door. Supposed to close at 2pm, I showed up at 1pm with no one in sight.

I called about 4pm for a part. They said they closed at 6pm. I am here at 5:04pm and the store is locked. The sign says they close at 6 as well.
