The gentleman that i spoke to was polite and very helpful. Got my storage unit set up and ready in about 15 minutes over the phone. I went to put things in an hour later and they had a key waiting for me.

My unit had water outside of it and manager called and told me to go check and see if I had any water. I did get water inside,told them and they had company come and help me move me to another unit. Nothing damaged that bad most of my items were in plastic totes. They were RIGHT on it and it was taken care of very fast. Very happy that they watch the property and walk thru their inside units also. Great customer service from Tiffany and Wayne.

I go through the one on progress in New Albany They do a great job went out of their way to make sure everything was right with my account was help by Tiffany and Wayne been with them for 3 months now and will definitely use them again in the future

An easier experience than I expected! Was able to find the right unit online, and the management was helpful & friendly on the phone. The monthly price isn't too bad either.
