Love Metro PCS, have had them for years. No contacts, so you don't have to worry about switching to something else if you don't like it and paying high contract cancellation fees. I got 4 lines unlimited data, and hotspot and insurance for 170$ a month.

Kinda hard to be open when the doors are locked and no one is around how about updating your hours of service online instead of haveing customers drive hour away just to be met with closed and locked doors ridiculous how business operates these days

I hate dealing with that overweight guy that works there, he's very condescending and he's never where he's supposed to be when I walk in. This time when I went he was sitting in his car. The last time I think he had closed the store early and spoke with me thru the door. But this is the only store in New Albany.

They are the worse! Extremely rude, acts like it bothers them to help you. Plus we've had Merto PC for like 4 yrs but they were they supposedly upgrading the towers & may be mid October before they got them fixed. (Could be longer) We're now new Verizon customers!

It's hit and miss with this place. Management needs to step up their game. They are always out of everything. A phone store with one black case in stock when i got my phone. Employees often rude or about about products.Employee turn over rate is ridiculous. I been going here for 5 years paying my bill in person and always a different face behind counter.

I went in this store a few minutes ago. The man said all he had was a moto phone. I had to push him to get him to admit he had other phones. Then he said they were more expensive. He just assumed all I could afford was a cheap phone. He wouldn't even tell me about the other phones. Called n made a complaint about him

Was interested in getting the T-Mobile home internet. I went into the store in New Albany Ohio and asked about getting home internet. The sales person Brad said yes we have it and actually sold me a mobile hot spot. We told him we stream all our tv and we work from home and Brad said it would be perfect. After 14 days our data ran out and went from 5g to 2g so we could no longer stream anything or work from home. Trying to return the hot spot has been a nightmare due to the poor customer service from T-Mobile. We will be switching our phones to another provider. I use to be a die hard Sprint customer but ever since T-Mobile took over the service has plummeted.

They added an accessory to my purchase that they said was mandatory if earphones which wasn't true, plus they added a phone protection plan I didn't agree to I had to get customer service to refund ..the pH was 10.00 w a new line..plus activation and my month the three staff there ..they all seemed a bit off
