I sat in line forever. Finally, I went inside. The drive thru should be for a quick drop off or pick-up. People who need more time should be required to go inside.

The staff are friendly enough. The Meijer Rx app is horrible. Medications are jumbled in a chaotic order. Try picking up medication at the drive through and you’ll spend 1/2 tank of gas if you don’t turn your car off due to horrible wait times. There is no automatic refill and if you are on a few medications you will have and keep separate fill dates. This process causes every patient to have to make a trip to the pharmacy for each individual prescription. With a stupid fill policy medication management is impossible. I hate changing pharmacies but I cannot tolerate this horrific experience.

This pharmacy takes longer than any pharmacy ever. Every single car in the drive thru actually sits there long enough to shut their car off at the window. Either you have the meds or you don’t. If you don’t, send them on the way. How can everyone need to shut their car off?

Pharmacy called to say my scirpts were ready and were being put back. Tried to get there texting system to work so it would tell me when my scripts were ready. They told me i denied it and they dont know how to fix it. I never recieved anything from them

Tried calling the pharmacy direct. Kept getting a busy signal. Called the store and then I was sent over to the pharmacy. Busy signal. No machine to ask if my prescription was ready. Usually I get a text from Meijer saying my prescription is ready but no text. Called the pharmacy over 10 times. No answer or busy signal. Finally drove to the store and my prescription was ready. Told the pharmacy tech my dilemma but she shrugged and said they have been really busy.

This is by far the best experience I have had with a pharmacy since Covid took over. They are properly staffed, knowledgeable and possess a willingness to help. Their drive through is always open, the lines inside are never backed up and the techs work quickly. I will never use another pharmacy!!

So glad we switched form Kroger pharmacy. This location is always well-staffed and problem-free. Maxwell S. Is the most helpful pharmacy person I’ve ever encountered. He volunteered to check for a better discount on one of my prescriptions today and found a discount that will save me over $240/year. Great guy and pharmacy!

First of all let me start by saying this. I was not the person in this interaction but the person who it affected.I sent someone close to me on my behalf to pick up my medicine from Meijer. I had my Dr call to verify they had/could get it and that they took GoodRx. We went there last night and they said they would have it today by 2pm. Okay, no problem right? I live in Clarksville for reference.Upon calling today we were told they would have it READY AND FILLED by 5pm. Due to one of us being closer to the store. My friend then went to get it after getting off work himself. For the tech AND pharmacist to tell him that they didn’t have it/and didn’t take GoodRx.Fast forward to about 10 minutes ago, I had to go to the one in Jeff. Who took GoodRx and had it. Imagine? Why would NEW ALBANY not take GoodRx and Jeffersonville does? It’s the SAME PHARMACYI’m more displeased over the fact that clearly someone here is incompetent. Won’t be back for ANY reason. I haven’t used Meijer in years and clearly I made the right call by not using them.I hope this gets fixed because that’s absolutely unacceptable.If I could give 0 stars I would.Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk
