All prescriptions are delivered to her at her retirement establishment. They are timely, and the delivery is free. The staff has always been helpful and patient. We couldn't ask for more! The days of going in and out of other pharmacies to pick up her meds that sometimes weren't even ready on time are over!!!!”

“I need to give a big shout out to Daniel who helped tremedously! After a month of going around and around with the assisted living facility where my stepmom lives and poor communication between them and Williams Bros. I was thoroughly frustrated. We wer trying to get a wheel chair approved for her. The assisted living facility (Silvercrest) did not supply Williams Bros with all or the correct documentation they needed to process for Medicare. I finally reached Daniel who was very helpful and explained to me the delays. If you haven't had to deal with Medicare before you have no idea all the restrctions now in place. He was exapleined everything to me and suggested several options. We decided to buy the wheelchair and wait to see if Medicare approved. It was only $250.00 with their moving discount. We could have either rented or purchased. Medicare would have taken over the monthly payments for rental if approved later. Williams Bros had it in stock and we were able to take it to her immediately. This was a big relief since she had fallen several time which also involved an emergency room visit.”
