Simply called to ask for information and the technician was incredibly rude. I thought supporting a small pharmacy would be better but I would much rather give my business to Walgreens. To be honest I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience this bad with a pharmacy especially when I’m trying to just gather information on my antidepressant so I don’t kill myself. Never had a pharmacy show such blatant disrespect for a customer.

My mother, who is nearly 100, has enjoyed getting her recurring prescriptions through Mathes Pharmacy. They make it super easy! All prescriptions are delivered to her at her retirement establishment. They are timely, and the delivery is free. The staff has always been helpful and patient. We couldn't ask for more! The days of going in and out of other pharmacies to pick up her meds that sometimes weren't even ready on time are over!!!!

I seriously can't praise on how absolutely AMAZING this pharmacy is. They are all patient,kind,knowledgeable, and quick. I seriously love this pharmacy. I am not great with words I wish I could find words to how much I appreciate them . Nothing worse than feeling awful needing medication. Then having them delivered is an added bonus. It seems kindness is hard to find in a pharmacy also. I seriously think the world of this pharmacy. Thank you Mathes!!

Few months ago I had a driver who refused to leave my trulicity on my porch, while my mother was in the house who would be out within a minute. He argued he yelled with both my husband and I, I explained with Covid and our health issues we do contactless delivery on everything, even food. Well the owner Joe took the driver side , I switched my medications to Walgreens. Iv been waiting for a month trying to get our sensors with Walgreens so I asked if I could only have my sensors there because they get them in stock really fast. He denied me because the incident with his unprofessional driver. Who was yelling at both my husband and my self. Joe is completely unprofessional just like his one driver. I am not happy at all. This is a life threatening situation, I can not monitor our usage and give us insulin and he flat out refused to refill our Dexcom. The whole place is unprofessional . Just cuz they got a new building doesn’t mean nothing. Do not use them.

Great pharmacy that has my medication unlike Walgreens and they don't make you feel like a drug addict by asking if you need Nalaxone a drug overdose kit in front of everyone like Walgreens did.
