had an appointment to talk to financial advisor this morning. I was considering leaving Chase bank due to poor customer service. arrived at the bank at 10am. person was not there, and no one else to help me. no phone call. nothing. just wasted my time. they offered to reschedule. I said no. their service worse than the poor service I want to get away from. getting good, personal service is a thing of the past. I could have done something else with my time.
