This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and had the cart lock up on me as I was trying to exit the store. This is a dangerous device. I had my paid stickers on all my products and my receipt in hand. You need to hire full time security if theft is an issue here rather than putting my well being in danger from this device.

We come to this Kroger because it is conveniently close to our house but it is honestly the worst grocery shopping experience. The organic produce is always sloppy or non-existent. The carts are all broken, you have to sift through twenty carts to get one that works properly. It’s very unfortunate because it’s not Kroger, it’s THIS Kroger, which just so happens to be the closest to my home. Bummer.

The pharmacy team are rude and they do not accept all insurances. I have employer insurance, anthem and they do not accept it. Also I said please and thank you and I appreciate your time and all that got me was hung up on. I work in customer service it is not hard to say no problem sorry about that have a great day.

Yesterday I picked up an order. One of the sodas I ordered was not in stock apparently and a substitution was made. I did not like the substitution and said that I did not want it. Instead of saying "Sure, no problem, I'll just take these off for you" the lady that brought my order out immediately got an attitude and was slamming the sodas around on the cart. Incredibly rude and I will not revisit this location.

I’m only giving this one star because I have to. I do not come into the store anymore because of one employee Nikki Vickery. She likes me for free, tattoos, and discount of tattoos, and for me to acquire her cocaine. I didn’t know that Kroger allowed employees like this. I believe they should do more drug tests. I Believe she should stay at home over the 15-year-old daughter who she leaves home alone all night and day because she’s either working or with her boyfriend at my house. And she also likes to have her baby. Daddy threaten me and call me the N-word, which I still have the voicemail and the screenshots of where she asked me to acquire her drugs.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for years, but me and my husband are seriously thinking about going to another Kroger, and it's basically because of one thing, the carts! There is no telling how much money this Kroger makes and yet they can't invest a dime into their carts and it's getting ridiculous. Your choices are completely non functioning carts or barley functioning carts and I'm sick of it. When you spend hundreds of dollars in a grocery store they could at least make sure you have something to push around that works. Do better Kroger

At 11am on a Saturday the store hadn't been stocked at all. Both the produce and meat sections where completely bare. This is normal for this store not an exception. If you have an option to go to another store you should. This is the worst managed grocery store I have ever shopped at.

2 issues. Lack of open checkout lanes and the number one issue is their carts. The majority of their carts have wheels that won't roll, wheels that have chunks missing, wheels that have flat spots, etc. I have never been to a store with carts in this bad of shape.

I can't stand the fact that this is my home store. I love the selection and layout don't get me wrong but this management team needs a revamp. They almost never answer the phone and today they hovered over me for absolutely no reason and made me extremely uncomfortable.

Pharmacy department is horrible about answering phones and their answer when you do get through to them is if we have time. Horrible customer service.

This place is outrageously expensive, even when they run an add, or sale their sales are still more expensive than Walmart, and the customer service in seafood is terrible, most of the time nobody is there to help you and when someone does decide to work seafood, they're extremely rude!!!

In general, I try to avoid going into this Kroger location, however, I needed to make a grocery run closer to home last week. Set aside the fact that the company decided to cut employee hours and have fewer workers which meant stock blocking aisles, not enough cashiers, etc. What disturbed me the most was the filth, rotting odors and inoperable carts. Smelly trash bags were piled up in the lobby, no sanitizing wipes were available and the majority of the carts were broken. Inside, the lighting was dim and the floors were filthy along with the shelves. Spoiled product was obvious in the meat department. Frankly, I didn't want to touch anything in the store and couldn't get out of there fast enough!
